Olly Alexander performs live
In 2015, synthpop band Years & Years’ debut album Communion hit number one in the UK, and sold over a million copies worldwide. Since then, Years & Years have built on that success, and their frontman Olly Alexander has become recognised as one of music’s leading frontmen and advocates for the LGBTQ community. He speaks to Stig Abel about making an album that explicitly deals with his sexuality, and performs a stripped-back version of the title track of their new album Palo Santo.
