The performance poet turning negatives into positives for mental health
British poet Yrsa Daley-Ward explains the title of her new book, a memoir in verse and prose.
It deals with mental health issues such as grief, anxiety and depression by characterising them as The Terrible, a presence that appears at some point in all of our lives.
Yrsa reads from the prologue about how she and her brother coped with their version of The Terrible, while growing up in the north of England in the 1990s.
