Head of FA 'would love' Southgate to remain England manager
Gareth Southgate is 'absolutely' the man to take England forward, the chief executive of the Football Association says.
Speaking to 5 live Sportsweek, Martin Glenn said Southgate is 'at the start of a project', and backed him to be at the helm for many years to come.
His current contract lasts until 2020, and though Glenn admits the FA are 'not talking about contracts yet', he praised Southgate's achievement in reaching the World Cup semi-finals and his overall work with the England team.
