Calls to re-run the Brexit referendum
There were calls in the Commons to re-run the entire Brexit referendum following a breach of the rules on election spending.
The elections watchdog, the Electoral Commission has referred two members of the official Leave campaign, Vote Leave, to the police. Vote Leave has been fined 61 thousand pounds for exceeding its spending limit.
The Conservative MP Sir NIcholas Soames - grandson of Winston Churchill - said: "The whole damn thing needs to be blown up and started all over again."
