Geraint Thomas became the first Welshman to win the Tour de France in 2018, but how would he have performed if he'd had to run the 21 stages?
Well, that's exactly what Peter Thompson did. 68 days and 2082 miles later, he has raised over £20,000 for various mental health charities.
Peter tells Sportshour how he found conquering the gruelling Stage 17, renowned for its uphill climbs.
