Roscor Youth Village in County Fermanagh is celebrating its twenty-first birthday this summer. It's a place run by the charity Extern, where young people can go when they need support, Many have encountered challenging events in their short lives and need help and guidance. Our reporter Louise Cullen has been hearing about the difference the Village has made to the life of Justin who's 17 years-old.
