The world's most liveable city...Vienna
What makes a city a good place to live? The think tank, the Economist Intelligence Unit has picked Austria's capital Vienna as it's top choice out of 140 other urban centres. African countries are not rated highly, 6 of the 10 least liveable places to live in the world are on the continent. So what kind of criteria was used? 大象传媒 Newsday's Alan Kasujja spoke to Simon Baptist, from the Economist Intelligence Unit.
