We鈥檒l hear from the amazing eleven year old Alfie from Downend in South Glos who already has a top 3 reggae singles to his name, after recording with Bristol-based Jamaican artist Da Fuchaman. Primrose has been finding more about FREE exercising for the over 50鈥檚 including the delights of Zumba Gold, Badminton, Gym, Yoga bum and tums and much more. And we鈥檙e in Wilder St in St Paul鈥檚 at a community event to raise funds for two local charities that provide services to local young people.
