Phil Samba, 28, is a gay man on Prep, the drug which has proven highly effective at stopping HIV negative people getting the virus.

He says the pill you take before sex has taken away his anxiety of getting HIV.

Phil has been given Prep as part of a trial on England's health service, but not everyone around the world can access the drug for free.
