The German rail operator, Deutsche Bahn, thinks playing atonal music will stop people using drugs in one of Berlin's busiest stations.

But is atonal music really that bad? The ´óÏó´«Ã½'s Paul Henley has been speaking to Laurens von Oswald, who organises Berlin's Atonal Music festival, which starts this week.
