Kerala MP: Floods a 'human crisis'
Leaders of the flood-stricken Indian state of Kerala have hit out at their national government for rejecting an offer of $100 million of aid from the United Arab Emirates. More than one million people are living in temporary camps due to the flooding, which has left 420 dead. Dr Shashi Tharoor is a Member of Parliament for Kerala and a member of the Parliamentary Standing Committee for External affairs. He spoke to Dan Damon.
