After three years of crippling austerity, Greece finally paid off its Eurozone emergency loan programme worth 鈧61.9bn. In theory, it means that they can now return to some kind of economic normality, but as Anthee Carassava explains in this week's Reporter's Notebook, the Greek people are still experiencing profound pain after years of deep cuts.
