New York's Beat poet tour guide
If you're ever planning a tour of New York, there are tonnes of different types to choose from. You can go to places made famous in the movies, or the sites of historic events; there's even one that stops by all the places where Jerry Seinfeld ate his meals in the sitcom Seinfeld. Another guide in the mix is Timothy Speed Levitch, who does his tours in the style of the avant-garde 1950s Beat literary movement. Outlook's Colm Flynn has been to meet him on a walking tour of Manhattan. (Photo credit: Colm Flynn.)
