Hughes: Stoke would 'still be in the Premier League' if I'd stayed

Former Stoke City manager Mark Hughes says "sometimes the manager is the glue that holds everything together."

Hughes was sacked by the Potters in January after a run of five defeats in seven league games - but says had he remained in charge the club would "still be in the Premier League."
