Keep Dancing!

To mark the start of the new series of Strictly, Michael meets three dancers from Devon.

The days are getting colder and the nights are drawing in - it must be the new series of Strictly Come Dancing on TV!
Tonight Michael meets Rob Mason. Rob and his wife Pauline run Danceworks in Newton Abbot, and he's bringing with him two of his star pupils. Sarah White and Mike Jones have been learning ballroom dancing (with their respective partners) at Danceworks for a few years, and Sarah says it's a great way to take her mind off life's day-to-day worries.
