The secret shame of having no sperm
There is an urgent need to tackle a decline in male fertility in the Western world, a leading expert has said.
Currently there are so few treatments available on the NHS for men, that women are being sent for IVF to try and overcome the man鈥檚 lack of quality sperm.
For men, being told you are infertile can be a crushing and lonely experience.
