Arlene Foster sat in front of Stephen Nolan in December 2016 for an RHI television special. She said she had no idea why there were delays in cost controls. The former DUP Special advisor Timothy Cairns, in in his written evidence to the RHI inquiry, has a different version of events. Stephen spoke to Newsletter political editor Sam McBride.
