'I was happy for the Nollywood industry'
On-demand video streaming giant Netflix is, for the first time, going to put on its platform "Lionheart" a Nigerian film about the trials and tribulations of a young woman trying to save her father's debt-ridden bus company. Millions of subscribers could soon be viewing the Nollywood production. The woman behind this commercial breakthrough is Genevieve Nnaji, the film's director who also doubles up as the lead actress. She spoke to 大象传媒 Newsday.
