Mixing In – Jaf and Faz
For these brothers, their curry restaurant is more than a business - it's their family's legacy. The restaurant started by George over 40 years ago is now run by his sons, Jaf and Faz. In years gone by, they weren't always sure they would want to go into the family business, but that all changed when George said he wouldn't be able to run the restaurant for much longer. Then they realised how important it was to them to keep it going. They talk about how it all began, with George's arrival in England as a teenager from Bangladesh. They reflect on how proud they are of both their parents' hard work and about how they were taught, by them, to contribute to the community.
