Scarlett Curtis is author of new book: Feminists Don鈥檛 Wear Pink & Other Lies. she says the idea of having themed songs first came to her when she watched Ally McBeal. Scarlett has since developed this into a tool she keeps in her back pocket for overcoming social anxiety and trying to give herself the confidence to go out into the world, even when she feels she isn鈥檛 good enough.
