British singer Paloma Faith is backing the Girls Get Equal campaign, created by Plan International, which demands power, freedom and respect for girls and young women.
Speaking candidly about her own industry, she questions why – despite so many women being influential in her career – female executives still aren’t being given the top jobs in record companies.
Paloma Faith sat down with Newsday’s Paul Hawkins on the eve of the International Day of the Girl Child.
