Row over clampdown on whiplash pay-outs
Labour has criticised planned changes to the compensation system for personal injuries - such as whiplash.
Ministers say the measures will reduce fraudulent and exaggerated claims - encouraged by claims management firms. But Labour warned that it would limit access to justice for injured people.
