Royals boss Paul Clement knows his side have lots of work to do after Birmingham defeat.

Clement was left frustrated with his side's performance yet again after losing to Birmingham 2-1.

"It's really hard to win games at this level if you don't eliminate those basic errors," Clement told 大象传媒 Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor. "The goals are errors on our side.

"They're not [good goals], they're mistakes by us."
