Should we change our sleeping habits because of new breast cancer research?
Two breast cancer stories have made the headlines in just two days this week. One says that if you get up early in the morning, you're 40% less likely to get breast cancer. Another story told us that if you've already had breast cancer which has led to reconstructive surgery involving implants you risk developing the disease again. To clear things up we hear about what we actually know, what research is yet to be done and what the best current advice is from Dr Emma Pennery, Clinical Director at Breast Cancer Care. Should we change our sleeping habits because of this new research?
