How Not To Die if a car knocks you off your bike
Adrian wanted to push himself, and so embarked on a cycling challenge from Newcastle to London. Half way through the ride, he was hit by a two-tonne car travelling at 60mph. The likelihood of anyone surviving this impact is just 5%, but Adrian was one of the lucky ones. How did he manage to not only live through it, but also walk again?
