Special needs system leaves parents feeling 'isolated'
Despite changes to the special needs system in England introduced in 2014, getting the right support for children is still a battle, campaigners say.
They told the Commons Education Committee that the system leaves some parents feeling isolated and puts middle-class parents at an advantage.
