Steve Bland talks about how he's hoping to cope without his wife, Rachael, this Christmas.

Rachael, journalist and creator of the You, Me and the Big C podcast, died at the age of 40 in September 2018, almost two years after being diagnosed with breast cancer.

Steve joined Deborah James and Lauren Mahon to talk about the impact of cancer on loved ones and families around Christmas time.
