Midfielder Leandro Bacuna thinks it's only small margins which are costing the Royals.

After 22 games, Reading find themselves out of the Championship relegation zone only on goal difference.

"Looking at the squad, we've got a good squad," Bacuna told 大象传媒 Radio Berkshire's Jack Winstanley. "We just can't find the final thing.

"We as a squad have got to get together and get some wins."

And Bacuna is in bullish mood about facing 6th placed Middlesbrough this weekend.

"It's not going to be an easy game for them.

"We've got to do what we've been good at, and... we'll see what's going to happen."
