MPs debate homelessness figures
The death of a homeless man who slept near the Houses of Parliament has led to a debate inside the Commons.
He died on Wednesday, hours after being found unconscious in a subway at Westminster Tube station.
The tragedy coincides with a report from the Office of National Statistics, which said 597 homeless people died in England and Wales in 2017 - an increase of 24% over five years.
Georgina Pattinson reports.
