'We see no gesture' Catalan spokesperson, Elsa Artadi, criticises Spanish government
Pro-independence demonstrators in Catalonia have blocked a number of roads in protest at a Spanish cabinet meeting taking place in the regional capital, Barcelona. As the meeting began, riot police were engaged in a tense stand-off with protesters. A spokeswoman for the Catalan regional government -- Elsa Artadi -- tells Dan Damon why the decision to meet in Barcelona isn't conciliatory.
