European and North African states discuss migration
As numbers migrating across the Mediterranean from Africa to Europe drop, there is still tension in the European Union about how to handle migrants. Malta is hosting the so-called 鈥5+5鈥 meeting which brings together foreign ministers of five EU countries with five African countries to talk about migration. Dan Damon spoke to Carmelo Abela, Malta's Minister for Foreign Affairs.
