As numbers migrating across the Mediterranean from Africa to Europe drop, there is still tension in the European Union about how to handle migrants. Malta is hosting the so-called 鈥�5+5鈥� meeting which brings together foreign ministers of five EU countries with five African countries to talk about migration. Dan Damon spoke to Carmelo Abela, Malta's Minister for Foreign Affairs.
