'Very Low' Hope in Brazil Dam Search

Over 300 people are missing and dozens are confirmed dead after a Brazil dam collapsed

Over 300 people are missing and dozens are confirmed dead after a Brazil dam collapsed. The United Nations commissioned a report into the safety of mine dams after a similar disaster in November 2015. Elaine Baker from Grid Arendal, who was lead author of that study, tells us that whilst the causes of the latest disaster are still unclear, there remain huge safety issues in the industry. Also in the programme, the chief executives of some of Britain's biggest supermarkets are warning of empty shelves in stores, and serious supply issues if there is a 'no deal' Brexit. It comes ahead of a series of MP votes in Westminster tomorrow over the next stage of the process. Julianne Ponan of food business Creative Nature, and Simon Boyd of Reid Steel discuss the way ahead from a business perspective. We have a report from Africa's Lake Victoria region, examining the potential for cargo delivery by drone. Plus our regular workplace commentator Stephanie Hare discusses how best to handle the moment when a project you've put a lot of work into is rejected by your boss.
