The 500-year study into the lifespan of microbes
Bacteria can live for several thousands of years. But a team of researchers want to discover how the micro-organisms eventually die. The study is meant to continue until 2514. British scientist Charles Cockell has told 大象传媒 Newsday how the experiment is being conducted.
