A new port in Libya close to an ancient Greek one
Libya's future may be uncertain amid conflict between rival factions, but that has not deterred Michael Guidry, a businessman based in Texas.
He tells the 大象传媒's Russell Padmore that he is seeking investors for a new port project at Susah and he will get the final go ahead from the Libyan authorities within weeks.
