Migrants crossing Channel 'an enduring challenge'
Migrants crossing the English Channel from northern France will be "an enduring challenge" as the weather improves.
Senior police officers told a Committee of MPs people were motivated to make the journey because of the "very low risk" of being returned to their country of origin.
