Brexit: 'EU 27 will remain united'
The Czech Republic considers UK Prime Minister Theresa May鈥檚 request for an extension to delay Brexit as a valid one and is looking for options that might help get to the deal, the Czech Republic Foreign Minister Tomas Petricek has said.
Speaking on Wednesday ahead of the EU summit, Mr Petricek, told 大象传媒 Hardtalk鈥檚 Stephen Sackur: 鈥淲hat I have discussed with my British partners is nobody really wants a no-deal solution, nobody really wants a hard Brexit.
鈥淲hat we want is to find a way to get the agreement.鈥
He said he believed the other 27 countries in the EU (EU 27) will remain united on Brexit because they did not want individual member states 鈥渇ollowing their own path鈥.
