'Boys at our school were ranking us on our looks'
Nicola Schmidt and her friends found out that the boys in their high school class had made a list, ranking and rating them on their looks. They felt hurt and uncomfortable but decided not to let the issue go, and instead vowed to change the 'toxic' culture that had created the list.
