ID card helping those with cerebral palsy
Stuart Devlin has cerebral palsy, and he also happens to like clubbing.
The 37-year-old has been turned away from several venues after being accused of being drunk.
He now has an ID card to help him communicate with bouncers, and there are calls for more to be done to help those in similar situations.
