Two girls Marieme and Nedye whose fight for life took them from Senegal to the U.K were born with a very rare condition - so rare in fact that only a tiny number of people born with it survive. They are conjoined twins and at only two years old, their father is facing an impossible decision on whether to separate them. Debula Kemoli reports
