A glimmer of hope for LCF investors
People who invested money with the collapsed firm London Capital & Finance have been given a glimmer of hope after a lawyer says they are entitled to compensation. Thomas Donegan has written to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme arguing that LCF鈥檚 investors should be able to make a claim, possibly allowing them to get back up to 拢50,000. After weeks of saying the opposite the FSCS is now asking investors to register with its website while it investigates. Money Box presenter Paul Lewis spoke to the lawyer, Thomas Donegan, and started by asking him what he made of this change in position by the FSCS鈥�
