Could Russia solve Africa's electricity shortage?
Nuclear power could be the solution to the chronic shortage of electricity across Africa.
Russia's state owned atomic power company, Rosatom, has agreed to help several countries, a sign that nuclear could become a vibrant industry in the continent.
Dmitry Shornikov, the chief executive of the company's operations in central and Southern Africa, tells the 大象传媒's Russell Padmore that gaining public acceptance is important.
