The librarian who started a party at the US-Mexico border wall
You might think it an unlikely location for a party, but every year there's a big celebration on the border between Mexico and the US - with music, dancing, eating and drinking on both sides of the wall. The man behind it is a Jorge Castillo, a Mexican librarian living in San Diego. Outlook's Clayton Conn went to meet him.
