Rape victims are being "actively discouraged" from having therapy, Labour's Shami Chakrabarti tells Today. It's after Vice News uncovered government guidance advising victims to not seek therapy until after the trial to avoid allegations of coaching and the courts taking their words less seriously. The shadow attorney general is also questioned about Labour's Brexit policy and the expulsion of Alastair Campbell.
