Reading FC: Gunter waiting to see 'what the club wants to do'

Royals defender Chris Gunter is happy at the Madejski, but aware of financial pressures.
The Wales international says he's fully committed to returning to pre-season with Reading, despite continued talk from the club hierachy about a lack of money to spend on new players.
"We'll just see over the summer what happens in terms of what the club want to do," Gunter told 大象传媒 Radio Wales' Rob Phillips. "There's talk of, obviously, the financial situation at the club.
"As a player, you get on with what you have to do, and until anyone tells me any different, my place of work is what I take seriously, and when I turn back up to pre-season it will be the same."
And when asked about whether the financial situation at the Madejski was unsettling, Gunter was keen to stress he's just focussing on his performances on the pitch.
"You have to be careful about who's saying what.
"I'm happy there, it's a very good club, but the club needs to start performing better than how we have in the last couple of years."
