Minister pressed over catalytic converter thefts
The Government has been pressed to say what it is doing to combat reports of a rising number of thefts of catalytic converters from vehicles.
They are relatively easy to remove from a car, especially those, such as 4x4s, that are further off the ground. The devices contain precious metals such as platinum and palladium. David Cornock reports.
