Rees-Mogg makes despatch box debut
Jacob Rees Mogg-has made his despatch box debut as the new Leader of the Commons.
He was immediately heckled with a shout of "resign" from the opposition benches, but replied it was a bit early for that.
The business he outlined for after the summer recess was mocked by Labour as being far from "an energised list" of things to do.
