Why does Russia want to limit foreign ownership of tech firms?
A planned law to cap foreign stakes in technology companies to 20% is thought to have originated in the office of President Vladimir Putin.
Critics fear it may be a setback for the Russian technology industry, but as Dr Jenny Mathers from the University of Aberyswyth tells the 大象传媒's Russell Padmore, the law may be motivated more by politics than economics.
