Hurricane Dorian 'inflicts historic tragedy' on the Bahamas, says PM
As Hurricane Dorian continues to inflict damage across the Bahamas chain of Caribbean islands, a local building contractor is doing what he can to rescue people. DeSean Smith is on Grand Bahama where his own house has been flooded and he is taking shelter with his family at his in-laws.
