Andela, a company which specialises in placing engineers with companies that require their services says it may not be able to place them with appropriate companies in the near future. Andela Vice President Seni Sulyman says the layoffs begin in the next few weeks and the company is working with those laid off to ensure proper compensation. The restructuring efforts targets junior engineers and seek to replace them with more senior talent.
