People around the world are taking part in protests demanding urgent political action from their governments against climate change.

It is thought that people are going on strike in more that 150 countries, many of them being led by young activists.

We hear from protesters around the world including a high school student in Sydney in Australia; EJ Fawcett, a 17-year-old in Oxford in England; GnaGna Kone of the Heinrich B枚ll Foundation in Dakar, Senegal and 13-year-old Dasi Weinmartin in Philadelphia.
